Sample Answer:

Dear Sir,

I am writing to bring in your notice that the lack of a designated car park at our workplace has been causing inconvenience for several employees.

Our team has faced numerous challenges due to the absence of a car park. One major issue is that the employees arrive late for work and feel stressed before their day has even begun. Adding to this, the current situation poses a security risk as employees are forced to park in isolated areas nearby.

Introducing a dedicated car park would boost employee satisfaction and well-being by offering a convenient and safe parking spot. With the elimination of the stress and hassle of finding parking, employees would arrive at work ready to tackle the day.

To resolve this problem, we can purchase nearby unoccupied land for the purpose of building a company car park. Another potential approach would be to enter into negotiations with nearby parking facilities to secure a reserved space agreement.

I greatly appreciate your attention to this matter and I am eager to continue our discussions in search of possible solutions.

Looking forward to an affirmative response.

Yours sincerely,
Christopher Smrke
