Sample Answer:
Dear Sir,
I am writing to you in anticipation of my upcoming short 6-month course at your esteemed college. I am enrolled in the Digital Marketing Strategies and Analytics scheduled to commence on 15th January 2023.
My name is Martin Mathews. I am contacting you to discuss about my housing arrangements because this will be my first visit to your campus. My intended arrival date is 10th January 2023 as I am planning to come a week prior to the commencement of the course to adjust myself well to the weather and surroundings.
When it comes to my preference for accommodation, I am looking for a peaceful setting where I can concentrate on my academics. I would prefer a single room with all the essential amenities. Furthermore, I would be very grateful if you provide me with information regarding any shared places or study areas.
In addition, I would appreciate information about how to get to and from the college as I would be unfamiliar with the area initially. Could you specifically provide information on some economical ways to get around, including public transportation?
I appreciate you taking the time to consider this. Please let me know if there is any documentation, I need to do prior to reserving an accommodation.
Looking forward to a prompt response.
Yours faithfully,
Martin Mathews
